How do I use the seat cover?
Tear open the sealed kit and unfold the paper seat cover. Place it on the toilet seat edge-to-edge — it covers the full perimeter in one motion. There's no contact with the seat itself, and the entire process takes less than 10 seconds. Once you're done, dispose of it in the toilet or waste bin (it's fully biodegradable).
Does the paper soap actually work?
Yes — absolutely. The paper soap is engineered to dissolve instantly in water and foam immediately when rubbed. It's ultra-thin by design, which means it dissolves completely without leaving any residue. Wet your hands, rub the sheet between them for a few seconds, and rinse. You get a full lather and clean hands every time.
How much tissue is in each kit?
Each kit includes 10 soft, absorbent sheets of tissue paper. That's enough for most situations, and since it's right there in your pocket, you're never caught off guard by an empty dispenser. The sheets are folded flat to keep the kit compact and lightweight (just 8g total).
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery across India typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of order. Exact timing depends on your location. We'll provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment. For urgent orders or specific timelines, reach out to us.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over ₹499. A single kit (₹149) doesn't qualify, but a 10-pack (₹1,199) or any combination that crosses ₹499 ships free. Subscribe & Save orders also qualify for free shipping.
Are the materials really biodegradable?
100% yes. Every component — the seat cover, tissue paper, and paper soap sheet — is made from virgin pulp paper and is fully biodegradable. This means they'll break down naturally in the environment without harming it. You can flush the tissue and paper soap, or dispose of everything in regular waste. No microplastics, no synthetic materials, no guilt.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Absolutely. We work with corporate offices, retailers, travel companies, and event organizers. Wholesale pricing depends on order volume, and we're flexible on minimums. Email us with details about your needs, and we'll provide a custom quote and discuss delivery timelines.
What's the shelf life of a kit?
ToiSafe kits are designed to last for several years when stored in a cool, dry place. The sealed wrapper protects the contents from moisture and degradation, so you can keep them in your bag, car, or desk drawer without worry. They're ready to use whenever you need them.
What's your return policy?
We stand behind ToiSafe. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll work out a solution. For unopened, sealed kits, we offer full refunds or replacements. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
